Senelda is a next generation employment consultancy agency. Founded on the belief that matching the right candidates to the right job, Senelda strives to ensure that both Employers and Employees get the maximum benefit from our consultation services.

Having worked both with and within other employment consultancy agencies, we were disturbed by the practice of simply sending as many candidates as possible to an employer, regardless of the suitability or profile of the employee. Senelda believes that by choosing quality over quantity and matching the right staff with the right job opportunities, we will be meeting our users needs in a way other agencies cannot.

Employees are looking for the right job, employers are looking for the right candidate. We work to bring the two together for a lasting, fulfilling relationship (just don’t blame us when your spouse tells you that you’re married to the job!).

Background checks beyond the call of duty

When we receive profiles and send candidates to companies, we make sure that we have done full background checks on everyone. Some might call it spying, but we prefer to call it reconnaissance. We check the full background of the candidate, from social networks to academic records, it is our duty to make sure that not only is the candidate getting the perfect job, but the company is getting the perfect candidate.

Senelda is located in the Southern Indian city of Chennai and employs 5 HR consultants who review every candidates profile to match them with the right job opportunities.
